Yes. Admins can import a Slack export ZIP (channels, threads and history), Notion or Confluence exports into the wiki, and Jira, Trello or Asana CSV files into tasks. Teams that keep other tools can connect them with incoming and outgoing webhooks (Slack, Microsoft Teams and Google Chat formats) and the REST API.
Crane AI only uses content the asking user is already allowed to see. Private channels you are not a member of are never included, and every answer shows its sources. Admins can turn AI features off for the whole workspace.
The app is available in English, Korean, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Vietnamese. This website is available in 12 languages; for the other website languages the app currently opens in English.
